§ 17-124. Hearing on immobilization of vehicle.

Any person whose vehicle has been immobilized pursuant to this division shall have the right thereafter to a trial, upon request, in municipal court on the immobilization of the vehicle and the unpaid fines. Payment of the unpaid fines and the fee for the removal of the immobilization device shall constitute a waiver to the right for said trial.
