§ 17-125. Removal and impoundment of immobilized vehicle.

Any immobilized vehicle which has not been claimed or released within twenty-four (24) hours of the immobilization may, at the option of the police department and after a good faith attempt to contact the owner by telephone, be removed and impounded at the sole expense of the owner.
