§ 15-272. Application.

This article shall apply to all mobile vendors who are authorized to sell food, beverages and other goods on public property and rights-of-way in the City of Tupelo. This article shall not apply to mobile vendors that sell food, beverages and/or other goods solely on private property with permission of the owner thereof, solicitors, charitable solicitors or transient vendors.
