§ 26-119. Residential type buildings.

(a)

Each residential type building whether it is a single dwelling unit, a duplex or a multiple dwelling unit type, shall be separately metered for water.

(b)

For each duplex and each multiple dwelling unit type building, payment of the monthly charges for water used or consumed through the water meter therefore is required as set forth in section 26-118.
