§ 7-189. Appeal.

Latest version.

Any person affected by an order issued by the administrator may appeal the order to the city council, and such governing authority shall enter an order affirming or overruling the order of the administrator. Any such person aggrieved by an affirmative order of the governing authority may apply to the Circuit Court of Lee County for an injunction restraining the administrator from implementing the provisions of the order. The remedies provided by law shall be the exclusive remedies.
