Building, plumbing, gas, mechanical and electrical license shall be renewed on a yearly
basis as required for all other privilege license. Bonds shall also be renewed. If
a license or bond is allowed to expire and is not renewed within one year, a new license
shall not be issued without complying with section 7-148(a), (b)2., or (b)3.
