The International Residential Code, 2018 Edition, with the exception that the requirement
for fire protection sprinkler systems in one and two family dwellings be deleted,
is adopted by reference as if it were copied fully herein, except that Section R112
shall be amended to state that the Tupelo License Commission as set forth in section 7-147 of the Tupelo Code of Ordinances shall serve as the Board of Appeals described in
this section of the 2018 International Residential Code and except as otherwise modified
by this chapter.
