§ 7-61. Adopted.

The International Fuel Gas Code, 2018 Edition, excluding appendices, is adopted as if fully set out herein, except that Section 109 shall be amended to state that the Tupelo License Commission as set forth in section 7-147 of the Tupelo Code of Ordinances shall serve as the Board of Appeals described in this section of the 2018 International Fuel Gas Code and except as otherwise modified by this chapter.
