§ 7-26. Adopted.

The International Building Code, 2018 Edition, excluding appendices, is hereby adopted by reference as if it were copied fully herein: except that Section 105.2 is amended to state that all accessory storage and other similar accessory buildings require a building permit from the Tupelo Planning Department; and except that Section 112 shall be amended to state that the Tupelo License Commission as set forth in section 7-147 of the Tupelo Code of Ordinances shall serve as the Board of Appeals described in this section of the 2018 International Building Code; and except as otherwise modified by this chapter.
