§ 7-5. Fire district.

The following shall be and or hereby declared to be the boundaries of the fire district for the downtown area of the City of Tupelo, Mississippi:

Downtown area means the area bounded by the northern right-of-way of Jefferson Street on the north, the eastern right-of-way of Front Street on the east, the southern right-of-way of Magazine Street on the south, and the western right-of-way of Church Street on the west.
