§ 6-104. Killing of dangerous animals.

When any dangerous animal, in the judgment of any police officer, animal control officer or other designated official or representative of the city poses a serious and immediate threat of serious harm or injury to human life, it shall be the lawful duty of such officer or official to kill such animal, without requiring such officer of official to catch, restrain, or impound such animal.
