§ 4-163. Fuel handling.

(a)

Permit. No person shall conduct fuel handling operations at the airport, unless authorized to do so by specific contractual agreement with the authority or by authority of a general fuel handling permit or self-fueling permit issued by the airport manager.

(b)

Operations. No person shall conduct fuel handling operations at the airport, unless in accordance with the ACM and the technical standards of NFPA Publication 407.

(c)

Locations. No person shall conduct fuel handling operations at the airport, except in areas designated by the authority.
