No person shall store, use or dispose of oil, fuel, cleaning solvents, paints, strippers,
pesticides, herbicides, fertilizers or other hazardous or toxic materials, or washings
or residue of such materials, in any manner that will allow them to contaminate the
air, ground, water supply, sewers or storm drains at the airport.
