§ 4-158. Storage tanks.

Any owner of a storage tank located on the airport presently or formerly containing hazardous or toxic material shall register it with the airport manager, maintain it in a safe condition so that leaks are prevented, clean up any leaks immediately, and otherwise comply with federal and state environmental protection laws.
