§ 4-119. Passenger carrying operations.

No person shall conduct air taxi, commuter, charter or scheduled air carrier operations at the airport, unless such operations transpire through the main terminal building or such other building as may be designated by the authority and a monthly written report of the volume of the passengers, mail and freight activity is submitted to the airport manager.
