§ 4-89. Abandonment of property.

Latest version.

No person shall abandon any property on the airport. Any property unmoved, unattended, unclaimed and for whom no owner can be contacted for a period of two (2) consecutive weeks shall be deemed conclusively abandoned. The airport manager may remove and dispose of abandoned property as provided by law.
