§ 4-81. Business or commercial activity.

No person shall engage in any business or commercial activity of any nature without a city privilege license and a lease and/or consent of the authority. The lease of a privately owned aircraft by a second party under the provisions of FAR Part 91 is not a business or commercial activity of the owner.
