§ 4-48. Enforcement.

The Tupelo Police Department shall be responsible for enforcing this article under the direction and guidance of the airport manager. The airport manager shall have the power to enforce the provisions of this article and to make necessary and appropriate arrangements with other public law enforcement agencies for the safety and security of the airport.
