§ 4-42. Scope.

All persons at the airport shall be governed by this article. For any emergency contingencies not covered by this article, the airport manager is authorized to establish such additional temporary provisions as may be necessary to ensure safety at the airport, such temporary provisions to be considered at the next regular meeting of the authority.
