§ 2-226. Creation and Charter.

The City of Tupelo Quality of Life Committee is hereby established. The committee shall be composed of eleven (11) members, nominated by the mayor and confirmed by the city council, one (1) member from each ward and four (4) members from at-large, whose terms shall be staggered as provided herein. This article shall be referred to as the "Tupelo Quality of Life Committee."
