§ 2-191. Creation and Charter.

The City of Tupelo Commission on Housing is hereby established. The commission shall be composed of eleven (11) members, nominated by the mayor and confirmed by the city council, whose terms shall be staggered as provided herein. This ordinance shall be referred to as the "Tupelo Commission on Housing Charter."
