§ 2-76. Quorum; officers; rules and regulations.

At organizational meetings of the bureau created by this article, a quorum shall consist of three (3) members of the bureau and a majority of those members attending shall elect a vice-chairman and secretary, both of whom shall be members of the bureau, and shall adopt such rules and regulations as may govern the time and place for holding subsequent meetings, regular and special, and other rules and regulations not inconsistent with the provisions of this article or section 25-2 of this Code.
