§ 2-74. Removal of directors; filling of vacancies.

(a)

Any director of the bureau created by this article may be disqualified and removal from office for either of the following reasons:

(1)

Conviction of a felony; or

(2)

Failure to attend three (3) consecutive meetings without just cause.

(b)

If a director of the bureau created by this article is removed for any of the above reasons, the vacancy shall be filled in the manner prescribed in this article and shall be made for the unexpired term.
