§ 2-72. Established; purpose; domicile; rules and regulations.

(a)

There is hereby created and established in the City of Tupelo Convention and Visitors Bureau, whose purpose is the promotion of conventions and tourism in the city.

(b)

The bureau shall be domiciled in the city. It shall have the authority to promulgate and enact all rules and regulations necessary or advantageous to the purpose of the bureau.
