§ 26-216. Appeal from actions regarding permits.

Whenever any applicant for a permit required by this division shall be aggrieved by a decision by the city engineer to deny an application for a permit or to attach conditions to a permit as provided in section 26-199(c), such applicant may appeal such decision to the city council by filing a notice of appeal with the city engineer within ten (10) days of the issuance of the city engineer's decision regarding such application.
