§ 26-183. Scope.

This article is being enacted pursuant to authority granted to the city by MCA 1972, §§ 21-17-1 and 17-1-3. It shall apply to all proposed developments of real property located within the municipal boundaries of the city where a building permit is required prior to commencement of the development.
