§ 26-130. General.

(a)

The rates set forth by this ordinance in section 26-117 and for all water meters read and sewer charges thereon shall be effective for all purposes after January 1, 2019.

(b)

The applicability and amount of industrial sewer surcharge(s) previously established and set forth by this ordinance in sections 26-123 and 26-124 shall be effective for all purposes on or after August 21, 2015.

(c)

The Schedule of Rules, Regulations and Fees; Schedule of Charges and Fees; and the Interconnection, Metering and Parallel Operation Agreement previously established and set forth by this ordinance in sections 26-126, section 26-127 and 26-128 shall be effective for all purposes on or after January 7, 2017.

(d)

The Electric Rates previously established and set forth by this ordinance in sections 26-129 shall be effective for all purposes after October 1, 2018.

(e)

Sections 26-116, 26-118, 26-119, 26-120, 26-120, 26-121, 26-122 and 26-125 previously established and set forth by this ordinance shall be effective for all purposes after June 18, 2010.

Section 1102. All ordinances, resolutions, orders or section codifications in conflict herewith are repealed on the effective dates set forth above.
