§ 26-46. Manner of operation.

The owner shall operate and maintain the private sewage disposal facilities in a sanitary manner at all times, at no expense to the city. If an on-site pressure system is required for use of the public sewer facility, the operation costs of the pressure system shall be the responsibility of the owner or user.
