§ 24-166. Cleaning up of streets/rights-of-way.

In every case and at all times, it shall be the duty and responsibility of the permittee to properly remove or cause to be removed from streets, alleys, rights-of-way and work or construction areas all obstructions, surplus materials, debris and waste matter of every description caused by and/or accumulated from the work or construction that is the subject of the permit or which arises therefrom.
