§ 24-161. Existing signs; removal and replacement.

Right-of-way or property monuments and/or markers, traffic-control devices and other devices or signs on public rights-of-way shall not be removed or disturbed unless permission to do so is first obtained in writing from the city engineer or his or her designee. Permission shall be granted only upon the condition that the permittee shall pay all expenses incident to the replacement and/or relocation of such monuments, signs, and/or devices.
