§ 20-10. Creation.

The City of Tupelo Park and Recreation Advisory Board is hereby created to be composed of eight (8) members with one (1) member being a resident selected from each of seven (7) wards of the city and one (1) member who shall be the president of the Tupelo Youth Sports Council.
