§ 19-108. User's false alarm awareness class.

The alarm administrator shall oversee the creation and implementation of a user's false alarm awareness class. The program shall inform the alarm users of the problems created by false alarm dispatches and teach alarm users how to operate their alarm system without generating false alarm dispatches. The user of the alarm system, or a designee of the user, shall attend a user's false alarm awareness class (which shall be at no charge to the user) within fifteen (15) working days after receipt of notice of the sixth false alarm dispatch.
