§ 18-7. Procedure upon arrest.

When any person is arrested, with or without a warrant, for a violation of any of the laws of the state under the grade of felonies and ordinances, such person shall be admitted to bond and his case disposed of in accordance with MCA 1972, §§ 21-23-8, 21-23-17 and 21-23-19.
