§ 17-122. Records of violations.

The municipal court clerk or the clerk's designee, shall maintain records of parking citations identifying the vehicle, its record owner, the date the citation was issued, the status of payment and other pertinent data for a period not less than twenty-four (24) months from the date of issuance.
