§ 17-93. Moving parked vehicles without permission prohibited.

Except as provided in section 17-94 of this chapter it shall be unlawful for any person to take, use or drive any vehicle parked or stationed at any point in the city without first having obtained the consent of the owner or persons so parking or stationing the same.
