§ 17-87. Parking in loading zones.

No person shall stop or park any vehicle in any space in the city marked as a curb loading zone for any purpose other than for the expeditious unloading, delivery or pickup and loading of material or merchandise during the hours when the provisions applicable to such zones are in effect, which hours are hereby fixed from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. except upon Sunday and national holidays; provided, that, in no case shall a vehicle be stopped or parked in any such zone for a period in excess of thirty (30) minutes in the business district of the city.
