§ 16-7. Park plan.
Each mobile home park shall conform to the following requirements:
(1)
The park shall be located on a well-drained site, properly graded to ensure rapid, drainage and freedom from stagnant pools of water.
(2)
Mobile home spaces shall be provided consisting of a minimum of seven thousand (7,000) square feet for each space which shall be at least seventy (70) feet wide and clearly defined; provided, however, that, mobile home parks in existence on the effective date of the ordinance of September 7, 1965 which provided mobile home spaces having a width or area less than that hereinabove prescribed may continue to operate with spaces of the existing width and area, but in no event shall any mobile home space be less than twenty-five (25) feet wide and have an area of less than one thousand (1,000) square feet.
(3)
Mobile homes shall be so harbored on each space that there shall be at least a twenty-foot clearance between mobile homes. No mobile home shall be located closer than ten (10) feet from any building within the park or from any property line bounding the park.
(4)
All mobile home spaces shall abut upon a driveway of not less than forty (40) feet in width, which shall have unobstructed access to a public street, alley or highway.
(5)
All driveways and walkways within the park shall be hard surfaced and lighted at night with electric lamps of not less than seventy-five (75) watts each, spaced at intervals of not more than one hundred (100) feet.
(6)
An electrical outlet supplying at least one hundred ten (110) volts shall be provided for each mobile home space.
