§ 15-163. Restrictions.

(a)

Solicitation period. Solicitation by transient vendors on private residential property to solicit orders for sale of goods or to sell goods may be made only between the hours of 10:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. only, Monday through Saturday.

(b)

Number of solicitors. No more than two (2) solicitors shall visit a home at the same time concerning the same solicitation.

(c)

Number of calls. A solicitor cannot call on or visit a home more than one (1) time.
