§ 15-160. Article cumulative and supplemental to other laws and ordinances.

This article is declared to be cumulative and supplemental to any and all acts, laws, and regulations of the state pertaining to transient vendors and is in the interest of promoting and protecting the public health, morals, welfare, and safety of the citizens of the city.
