§ 15-158. Same—Designation of specific location; change of location.

If a transient vendor desires to operate in a specific location, the applicant shall state so and such license shall be for that particular locality only within the municipality. Where the holder of a transient vendor license to engage in any business at any definite location in the municipality desires to remove same to another location in the municipality, the city tax department shall upon proper application in writing by the licensee, grant to such person the right to make such move, and shall endorse upon the license his approval of the change in location.
