§ 15-152. Compliance with law, ordinances required.

No transient vendor shall be allowed to peddle goods, wares, products, or merchandise or solicit orders therefor within the corporate limits of the city except upon first complying with all laws and regulations of the United States and of the state and all ordinances of this city as provided herein.
