§ 15-131. Items covered by article purchased by permit holders presumed acquired for resale.

In any criminal proceeding hereunder the holder of a permit issued pursuant to the terms of this article shall be presumed to have acquired, purchased or otherwise come into the possession of the items described in section 15-126 for purposes of resale.
