§ 15-64. Misrepresentation or substitution of goods sold prohibited.

It shall be unlawful for any auctioneer of personal property to offer for sale at public auction any particle and induce its purchase by any bidder and misrepresent or thereafter substitute any article in lieu of that offered and purchased by the bidder.
