§ 14-1. Affirmative action plan.

(a)

The affirmative action plan submitted by the affirmative action plan committee is hereby approved and adopted.

(b)

The official copy of such plan shall be bound and placed permanently on file in the office of the city clerk, and such plan is hereby incorporated into this section by reference as fully as if set forth at length herein.

(c)

The official copy of the affirmative action plan will be kept on file in the city clerk's office at all times and will be properly identified by reference on its cover to this section.
