§ 10-10. Establishment of motor vehicle routes for vehicles transporting explosives and blasting agents.

The routes referred to in Section 1903.2.11 of the Fire Prevention Code for vehicles transporting explosives and blasting agents are hereby established as follows: Trucks or other vehicles transporting explosives and blasting agents shall follow the bypass or the Appalachian Road in going around the city and shall not operate in the downtown area or in heavily congested traffic.
